KAIROS SCHOOL OF MISSIONS: Randall

Tomorrow I am go to Sao Paulo to preach in the PM service and meet Missionary Caio whom I met in 94 in Dakar, Senegal. He will take me to the KAIROS Training Center where I will have the priviledge of teaching Christian Leadership to 18 candidate missionaries for about 23 hrs with both lectures and personal experiences . I will emphasize Servant Leadership as Jesus taught. I've tried to teach in this School of Missions since 1997 . Each year there are 20- 35 participants-- either new candidates or veterans. It is a very humbling experience to see them preparing for foreign missions service in very primitive circumstances. They first complete a 12 months correspondence course and those approved then come to this intensive training school with lectures by some 10-15 experienced visiting missionary teachers as well as on site pratical work assignments six days a week for twelve weeks. I am always so impacted by this experience. They are exceptional choice servants of God that I have the pleasure of touching and training for the Kingdom of God.

What a small world we live in. You are most likely training some people who will be working either in Senegal or somewhere near us.
